We are looking for experienced engineers to strengthen the R&D centre in Rennes, a dynamic city focused on new technologies and cyber-resilience. Together we will build modern applications 100% “made in France” to shape the future.

We are also looking for consultants to strengthen the Client Operations division in Paris, where you will have the opportunity to support our clients in over 150 countries.
You will be responsible for improving our clients’ crisis management practices with our proprietary solution for on-call staff and cell members. Our consultants are geographically mobile and work both in France and abroad.

R&D Software Engineer (F/M)

Support the development of a world-class crisis management application and contribute to the strategic development of the solution

Your role

What will you do in the R&D department?

  • Carry out studies on new features to ensure the management of crisis situations
  • Be involved in all the phases of feature development, from design to production (continuous integration)
  • Share your ideas to develop innovative features
  • Elaborate and maintain a technology watch on the development environment
Your profile

You have significant experience in the development of advanced solutions, ideally based on AI.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
  • You are curious about the needs of end-users, and like to know what the Information System to which you contribute is used for
  • You are demanding in terms of software quality, particularly in terms of security by design

System & Network Engineer (F/M)

Maintain and develop our dedicated high availability technical infrastructure (24/7/365) in compliance with our ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications.

Your role

In the R&D department, what will you do?

  • Conducting studies to define the systems according to our needs and be involved in the choice of suppliers
  • Assist and advise in the implementation of technical solutions
  • Administering a proprietary infrastructure on a global scale
  • Automate monitoring and produce OLA/SLAs
  • Diagnose the causes of malfunctions and suggest corrections and alternatives
  • Inform the teams of the technical evolutions of the system and train them to use the new systems
  • Define the rules of good management of the operating systems / telecom network
  • Verify the good application of standards (IT security, quality, etc.) and certify the components and applications developed
  • Carry out the technological watch on its field
  • Share your ideas to improve the overall system performance

Technical environment : mainly Unix

Your profile

Who are you?

  • You have completed 5 years of higher education (engineering school or university)
  • You have at least 5 years experience in a similar position
  • You have a sense of sharing and good communication skills

You also have the following qualities:

  • A significant experience in managing an information system which is technologically rich (MV, Video, GIS, Telco/Network, Database, AI, Messaging…)
  • Your are curious about the needs of the end-users, and you like to know what the IS you’ve designed is dedicated for
  • You are demanding on software quality, especially in terms of security by design

  • You have knowledge of at least one of the risk management standards: ISO 22301, ISO 22399, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, etc.
  • You have already carried out missions of deployment of application solutions for large accounts
  • You have a sense of service, strong interpersonal skills and good oral and written expression in FR and EN
  • You are able to support business presentations
