We are looking for experienced engineers to strengthen the Research and Innovation team in Rennes, a dynamic city focused on new technologies and cyber resilience. Together, we will build modern, 100% “made in France” applications to shape the future.
We are also seeking consultants to support the Customer Operations team in Paris and Rennes, where you will have the opportunity to assist our clients in more than 150 countries.
Your mission will be to improve our clients’ crisis management practices through our exclusive solution. Our consultants are geographically mobile and operate both in France and internationally.

- Assist clients in redesigning their crisis management processes

- Prepare and deliver training sessions on management methodologies and the solution itself

Who are you?

Support our future key account customers and partners in the deployment of the easylience® solution
As part of the Customer Operations team, you will contribute to the adoption of our easylience® solution by our future customers in France and abroad.
- Conducting pre-sales actions
- Advise customers to digitize and optimize their alert and crisis systems in easylience®.
- Prepare the demonstration environments
- Write commercial offers
- Animate the POC (Proof Of Concept)
- Contribute to R&D work on the easylience® solution
Who are you?
- You have at least 5 years of experience in an organisation consulting firm or a software publisher
- You have knowledge of at least one of the risk management standards: ISO 22301, ISO 22399, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, etc.
- You have already carried out missions of deployment of application solutions for large accounts
- You have a sense of service, strong interpersonal skills and good oral and written expression in FR and EN
- You are able to support business presentations
- You will support major clients in the strategic reflection of their crisis management and business continuity management system
- You are involved in decision-making processes to make organizations more efficient in handling alerts and crises
- You contribute to the evolution of management practices in the operational and profit centers
